With our basketball training sessions, we work with your children to improve and learn new skills. Not only are we working on skill development but also in-game IQ and decision-making.


On top of our skills training program, we also offer Hill Workouts and Plyometric workouts.

BEGINNERS LEVEL 1

Mondays 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
& Saturdays 9:00 am to 10:30 am
8 Sessions
Holiday Special $150 $100 per player

This is for the beginner level for boys and girls ages 11 and under. The player is either new to the game or working on developing their beginner-level skills to train in the Intermediate level.

BEGINNERS LEVEL 2

Mondays 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
& Saturdays 9:00 am to 10:30 am
8 Sessions
Holiday Special $150 $100 per player

This level is for boys and girls ages 12 and up. At the Intermediate level, the player can execute a proper layup, jump shot and dribbling.

INTERMEDIATES LEVEL 1

Mondays 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm 
& Saturdays 10:30 am to 12:00 noon
8 Sessions

This level is not for beginners. This is for boys and girls ages 14 and under. At the Intermediate level, the player can execute a proper layup, jump shot and dribbling.

INTERMEDIATES LEVEL 2

Mondays 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm 
& Saturdays 10:30 am to 12:00 noon
8 Sessions

This is for various skill levels. This is for boys and girls ages 12 and up. The player will be grouped with similar skill-level players. They will be working on their basketball skills and in-game concepts. 

PLYOMETRIC WORKOUTS

WILL BE OFFERED IN SUMMER 2025

This is for various ages where athletes can work on strengthening their body, speed, conditioning and agility.

HILL WORKOUTS

WILL BE OFFERED IN
SPRING/SUMMER 2025

This is for various ages and sports. Atheltes can work on improving their conditioning and speed.
