SKILLS. DRILLS. PLAY. With our basketball training sessions, we work with your children to improve and learn new skills. Not only are we working on skill development but also in-game IQ and decision-making.

 

On top of our skills training program, players are required to do at-home workouts to continue to develop.

ELITE TRAINING

Grade 7 & UP – Travel Experience
Limited to 10 Players

Tuesdays 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
& Thursdays 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
*plus external activities and film review

$300 per player per month

This level is for boys and girls ages 12 and up. At the ELITE level, the player has played travel ball and can successfully execute a proper layup, jump shot and dribbling.

BEGINNER TRAINING

Grade School With No Travel Experience
Limited to 15 Players

Tuesdays 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
& Thursdays 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
*plus external activities

$200 per player per month

This is for newer skill levels. This is for boys and girls in grade school. The player will be grouped with similar newer skill-level players. They will be working on their basketball skills and in-game concepts. 

HIGH SCHOOL
TRAINING

Grades 8 to 12

Mondays 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm 
& Wednesdays 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

$150 per player per month

This is for various skill levels. This is for boys and girls ages 12 and up. The player will be grouped with similar skill-level players. They will be working on their basketball skills and in-game concepts. 

PLYOMETRIC
WORKOUTS

All Ages

Mondays 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm 
& Wednesdays 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

$50 per player per month

This is for various ages where athletes can work on strengthening their body, speed, conditioning and agility.

HILL
WORKOUTS

All Ages

WILL BE OFFERED IN

This is for various ages and sports. Atheltes can work on improving their conditioning and speed.
